Initiate Your Request
Log into your CameraStuff account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all lens caps, manuals, batteries, and cables to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our technicians inspect the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
